Now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 academic year and beyond (K-12). All applicants will be invited to our Christmas concert and January Open House. Interviews and final student registration will be conducted starting in January 2026.

Admissions Process

Step 1
Complete the Application Form and Review the Nicene Creed as part of our Statement of Faith here.

Step 2
Complete a Family Interview and Academic Review

Both parents (if applicable) and student(s) will meet with a staff member for an interview.

If space is available in the grade(s) applied for, families will be invited to an interview following the intake call and receipt of the completed application form. We will take the opportunity to get to know you and your child(ren), learn more about your family’s goals, and explore whether Nicene is a good mutual fit. This meeting also includes a review of your child’s academic background to help determine appropriate placement and support.

Step 3
Student Registration

A $100 non-refundable administration fee will be required with the Registration Form.

Families who are approved for admission will be notified and requested to complete Student Registration forms and submit them along with their student registration fees.  Once received, we will send a Registration Package, including the Nicene Curriculum Guide and invitations to our parent workshops.
