Now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 academic year and beyond (K-12). Interviews and student registration begins January 2026.

Admissions Process

Step 1
Complete the Application Form and Review the Nicene Creed as part of our Statement of Faith here.

Step 2
Complete a Family Interview and Academic Review

Both parents (if applicable) and student(s) will meet with a staff member for an interview.

If space is available in the grade(s) applied for, families will be invited to an interview following the intake call and receipt of the completed application form. We will take the opportunity to get to know you and your child(ren), learn more about your family’s goals, and explore whether Nicene is a good mutual fit. This meeting also includes a review of your child’s academic background to help determine appropriate placement and support.

Step 3
Student Registration

A $100 non-refundable application fee is required at the time the Registration Form is submitted.

Families who are approved for admission will be notified and requested to complete Student Registration forms and submit them along with their student registration fees.  Once received, we will send a Registration Package, including the Nicene Curriculum Guide and invitations to our parent workshops.
